At ScentSparkle, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase.

1.1 Tester Policy: Try Before You Unseal

To help you decide, a small tester vial of the same fragrance is included with your perfume order.

How It Works:

  • Test the fragrance using the provided tester before opening the full-size product.
  • Once the seal on the full-size perfume is broken, it cannot be exchanged or returned except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.

Important:

  • If you receive the wrong fragrance or experience an issue, contact us before unsealing the full-size bottle.

1.2 Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product (e.g., incorrect fragrance or size).

Conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Process:

  • Contact us with proof of purchase and images of the product.
  • Approved exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our end.

Refund:

We’re here to resolve issues if you’re not fully satisfied.

Refunds are applicable under these conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is defective (e.g., faulty spray mechanism).

  • The product must remain unopened, with its seal intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

2.3 Refund Process

  • Submit a refund request with clear images and a description of the issue.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

2.4 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are ineligible for refunds:

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or using discount codes.
  • Customized or personalized fragrances.
  • Opened or partially used items.
